It's been a LONG time since I last blogged. & I'm sorry. It's either I did not have the free time or I simply choose to procrastinate over blogging. Like I've told you before, I ♥ procrastinating.

I've only got a few days left in my hands to do my last minute revision. I must blame myself for not starting earlier. The pressure is on & I'm feeling stressed out already. Thank god there is the Melt Away Stress Lotion ! Heh ;)

Believe it or not, there's a lot of 3rd gender like people at IIUM a.k.a UIAM. And as I've mentioned in my earlier post, the issue of recognizing the 3rd gender was raised here. Buat aku, aku rasa pelik sesangat macam mana isu sebegini dibiarkan discussed openly at an Islamic IPTA. Heh !

One of the many points discussed during the debate was for Malaysian to treat the 3rd gender as a part of human being and care for them. But this point, of course, was opposed easily as there are not much of these kinds at Malaysia. The opposition team came to a conclusion saying there is no need to care for them.

The most funniest reasoning brought up by those who were standing up for the 3rd gender was to create a special toilet for the shemale's and allocate a few rooms in Mahallah (hostel) for them. Funny, isn't it?

The debate was overall just amusing. The opposition team won in the end, of course. But again I'm thinking, why even bring up the issue ? Sigh~

And for the Islam shemale's, why is it so hard for them to accept the fact that they are on the wrong track? Why is it so hard for them to correct themselves back? Why, ohh why? Simple questions, but I guess no answers will ever satisfy me. PFFFT.

It's Time For Malaysia To Recognize 3rd Gender.

An interesting issue it is. BUT, is it a must for Malaysian's to recognize the 3rd gender ? I mean, seriously ?

The term third gender and third sex describes individuals who are categorized (by their will or by social consensus) as neither male nor female.

It's kinda hard for me to accept the 3rd gender for unknown reasons. I do have some 'girl' friends who are pengkid's. And I have to admit it - sometimes, I feel awkward around them. I try to accept 'her', but it's just hard.

Mengalahkan perempuan !

How can one choose to be bapok or pengkid ? I mean, seriously ! Lelaki, lelaki larh - perempuan, perempuan larh ! Bukan begitu ? I kinda hate hearing the bullshit - "God has put me in the wrong body" ... How lame is that, kan ?

The Law student's society is organizing a debate on this issue. I'm really curious who's gonna stand up for the 3rd gender in the debate. And for that reason, I'm attending it ! For those from IIUM out there, let's join ourselves in this interesting debate, shall we ?

I ♥ Procrastinating.

Yes. I'm not ashamed to admit I love to procrastinate. I love to postpone what I should be doing. I am a procrastinator.

I know when is the deadline for an assignment or date for a test. I always meet the required deadline for the assignment and ~~prepare~~ myself for the tests ... but somehow rather I wait until the very last minute to get it started with. Procrastination.

*Sigh*

I procrastinate in blogging, even. Sometimes I get lazy in the middle of typing an entry. I eventually postpone it, "Hey, I'll get it done tomorrow!" ... And in the end, I frequently don't. Procrastination.

I'm actually procrastinating right now. I'm supposed to be studying for my Fardhu Ain's quiz tonight (02/03). Procrastination. PFFFT !

Movie | Shaolin.

Shaolin is officially one of the best movie I've watched so far as of this year. Seriously. Khurafat was no where near the satisfaction that Shaolin gave me. Yes, I watched Khurafat.

Anyways, back to Shaolin ...

China is plunged into strife as feuding warlords try to expand their power by warring over neighboring lands. Fuelled by his success on the battlefield, young and arrogant Hao Jie sneers at Shaolin’s masters when he beats one of them in a duel. But the pride comes before a fall. When his own family is wiped out by a rival warlord, Hao is forced to take refuge with the monks. As the civil unrest spreads and the people suffer, Hao and the Shaolin masters are forced to take a fiery stand against the evil warlords. They launch a daring plan or rescue and escape.

The actors and actress are some of the best in the business : Andy Lau, Nicholas Tse, Wu Jing, Fan Bingbing and Jackie Chan. Ohh, yes. There was Jackie. But his appearance in Shaolin is really just a guest appearance.

Overall, I loved the movie. The explosions and special effects were impressive. But I really felt sorry for the horses in it, asyik being pushed over and generally collapsing in most scenes. Penderaan haiwan ! Pfft.

Some would say the first hour of the movie was a little bit dragging. The director could have cut the story short and just reach to the main point already ... BUT, in my opinion, if you want to get the max satisfaction out of a movie - you got to be fed all the additional details there should and could be. So, that was exactly how Shaolin was for me. All the necessary details were there, very nicely placed. Though the ending was a little bit rushed up.

My rating for this movie - 9/10.

Getting married is one of the essential practice done worldwide from the past itself. It is said that men and women all over the world are destined to live together. However, divorce rates are increasing these days. It is believed to be the only solution when a husband and wife face’s a problem. The main cause of divorce is for the reason that the married couples are in lack of communication, thus, the couple’s splits-up and this directly have an effect on their children’s life.

Lack of communication is a regular problem in the daily life. It is said to be the core reason why divorce usually happens. For instance, some couples are often quiet when they have problems within themselves. As a result, the rage and emotions from these problems is thrown upon their partner resulting them into a huge fight. Besides that, couple’s may also face lack of communication due to the requirement of each other’s profession. They may not have the free time to communicate with one another due to the burden of work from their workplace. Consequently, providing them fewer time to understand each other better when settling an issue. The outcome of these two examples is the couples get divorced.

Most couples normally have children after they get married. Therefore, divorces can directly have an impact on the life of their children’s. Children’s are most of the time asked by the parents to choose to live with either one of them. These children’s more often than not faces problem in choosing their dad over their mom or their mom over their dad as they love both of them equally. When they could not make a decision, they decide to not live with either one of them and become homeless. These children’s are often deserted by the society as there is no one responsible towards them. They tend to become unemployed due to shortage of education and may grow to be violent or depressed.

To put it briefly, family is one of the most important parts in society. Hence, many people should be aware of the significance of relationship in family so that there won’t be any broken hearts and broken homes created. Men’s and women’s are supposed to think thoroughly before getting married as the rates of divorce continuously rise these days. Couples having children in their family should think deliberatively before ending their marriage to not make innocent children’s become victims of their unwise action.

Kadang-kadang I keep asking myself this question - what am I doing ? Baik in blogging, studying or life . . . my momentum is always not there to focus on it. Nak blog, no mood. Nak study, no mood. Nak do house chores or sama waktu dengannya pun --- no mood.

Argh. I need to gain momentum. Fast. Kalau tidak, I'm gonna screw up big time on my blog, my studies & my overall life for sure ! My first priority as of now is of course my studies. But I'm still in my honey moon period for it. PFFT !

Motivations, that's what I need !

Gaining Momentum.

I'm awake, but my brain is literally still . . . sleeping. Pelik, bukan ?

I'm having my Test 1 on Financial Accounting Fundamentals (FAF) today . . . I believe I've studied not hard enough malam semalam. I only stayed awake till 4 in the morning doing some exercises, and had a small nap for 4 hours after that. Ohh wait, you don't call that as nap already ! But anyways, this 4 hours nap a.k.a sleep is not enough for me. Just yet.

Sebab ? I had a tiring week. An extremely tiring one. With assignments, quizzes and what-not. A normal adult should get about 8 hours sleep per day. And I realize, I never had one this whole week. Pfft !

Ohh well, kenapa tak sleep terus for 8 hours jer ? Why wake up when the test starts at 3 in the afternoon ? I need to study the theoretical part. Haven't sentuh on it yesterday (to be precise - earlier this morning) ; because, when I start reading jer . . . mengantuk. Haish !

So, what has my sleep got to do with gaining momentum ? Aku nak start study, but my brain is not ready for it yet. Gaining momentum is my perspective of myself when I am trying to do something but have not obtained the mood to do so. Pfft.

Did you know that brain restores its energy nightly ? Kiranya, my brain, currently, has not restored its energy fully yet lah. So, literally speaking, I am trying to gain my momentum. Heh !

Okay, stop with the yadda-yadda's already ! My brain has started functioning since I typed the first word in this post. NOW, I'm ready to continue balik my last minute studies. Heh !

Okay, aku rasa mesti korang-korang di luar sana telah mendengar the rumor about Facebook [FB] ending on March 15th. The news is spreading fast in FB, shared by my friends & colleagues.

PALO ALTO, CA – Mark Zuckerberg announced that Facebook will be shut down in March. Managing the site has become too stressful.

“Facebook has gotten out of control,” said Zuckerberg in a press conference outside his Palo Alto office, “and the stress of managing this company has ruined my life. I need to put an end to all the madness.”

Zuckerberg went on to explain that starting March 15th, users will no longer be able to access their Facebook accounts.

BUT NOW, how true is this rumor ? Yang itu sudah pasti kita tertanya-tanya. Bukan ? Well, I did some "research" and it seems like the news is a hoax. In my opinion, it may be an intentionally spreaded false warning.

It's not clear how it started, but a ridiculous rumor that Facebook is shutting down is spreading fast on social networks.

Facebook has officially responded to the rumors with a tweet: "We didn't get the memo about shutting down, so we'll keep working away. We aren't going anywhere; we're just getting started."

For unknown reasons, my mood for blogging is decreasing day by day. I have many drafts, tapi aku rasa malas sangat nak finish it up and seterusnya mempublishkan the post. I have something, BUT, I do nothing about it. Sigh~

Mengapa tetiba aku rasa begini ? Aku pun tak tau. Haish. Maybe sebab esok aku dah akan balik IIUM a.k.a UIAM. Di mana the internet connection I cannot rely on. Which will obviously leave my blog empty without any posts for a few days. Ala, macam my previous July, August, September, and October. Pfft.

Aku rasa that is still not the reason my mood for blogging is draining away. Heh !

Upin, Ipin Strengthen Two Countries.

The Upin and Ipin series are indeed very popular. Not only in Malaysia, but it also captured the hearts of many in almost all over the world since the show began airing on Disney Channel last year.

Little by little the animated series managed to penetrate international markets, including India. AND, it has once again created history as its theme song entitled "Sahabat Selamanya" has launched in Jakarta, Indonesia. Padi is the creator of the animated series theme song.

Losing His Voice To Puberty.

Justin Bieber has reached puberty. He is reportedly facing a problem with his voice now. That's a norm, kan ? Transformations happen as you grow up, especially as you get to puberty. Girls start developing breasts and get their periods. Boys grow bigger; have hair sprouting everywhere and their voice changes.

I wonder what will he sound like when his voice is done changing.

Anyways, he is supposedly working with the same people who worked with Usher when his voice broke to solve the issue. One of the things Justin Bieber does to keep his voice from breaking reportedly is by getting much vocal rest as humanly possible for a working pop star.

Child abuse is a heinous act which is strictly forbidden in every religion. This is because such actions will destroy our own offspring. Remember, children are very sacred trust from God. Love the children and avoid cases of child abuse as it does not benefit any party but add the sin that we will get in afterlife.

Children’s are often abused mentally, physically or sexually. It's frequently on the news. I would never want to see and hear these acts of child abuse to happen again. Ever. It's very sad as children should be actually given love and protection. Not tortures.

Child abuse should be eradicated. Cooperation from all parties are essential to curb this menace from wide spreading. Do the right thing. Get on board. Stop child abuse !

ChurpChurp Is The New YouthSays.

YouthSays is an online youth community that works with organizations and businesses to reward youth for collective action. Youths get paid money or prizes for participating in online surveys, advertising campaigns, and campus activities.

Initially ChurpChurp was an integrated social media solution that works with organizations to reward campaigners for their contribution in ChurpChurp via Twitter. In short, you get rewarded for advertising from your social network.

But now, ChurpChurp has transformed to a platform where one can get paid money or prizes for participating in contests, social sharing campaigns, scheduled tweets, social seeding and other activities. In my opinion, ChurpChurp has turned a little bit similar to YouthSays. Here's an example of ChurpChurp's social sharing.

Yang kat atas is the new social sharing by ChurpChurp, whereas the one at the bottom is YouthSays advertising campaign. I participate in both, but more in ChurpChurp rather than YouthSays.

All I had to do in ChurpChurp back then was draft a tweet and wait for it to publish at my Twitter account. For YouthSays, I gotta advertise - over and over again, here and there.

I do wonder whether I'll actively contribute to ChurpChurp's social sharing or not. Cause the procedures is same as YouthSays. AND I'm not that rajin. Heh ;)

I was very surprised how the news of Sejadah Muka Babi can increase the traffic pattern for SakiraLicious. I did the entry without hoping for much feedback's. Just like all those times when I created an entry on news I've read. But I guess this news really did touch the sensitivity of Muslim's. Kan ?

Odd traffic pattern, isn't it ? All of a sudden my traffic went up to almost 200 unique visitors yesterday for that entry. That's nothing. Cuba tengok the analytic's for today. Aku tak update apa-apa dah 150 unique visitor's.

Very disturbing headline in myMetro today. Sejadah corak babi. Pfft. Intentionally or not ? That's the question.

It does not matter in terms of the prayer mat, footwear, or furniture’s . . . everything when it’s over analyzed may come up to bizarre speculations. We as Muslims should perform our prayers with strong faith and not bear with infidels who want to ruin our religion.

But then again, beware of what you buy, consumers. Sales usually consists of very old and poor quality products. And in this case, a very disconcerting product. Just because there is a cheap sale, don't go buying membabi buta. Who will face the loss - you jugak, kan ?

The incidences of abused children are becoming more common these days. The stories of the atrocities committed against the child are often displayed in the media. When these types of story are shown, public's will be disturbed and eventually will condemn such inhuman acts. So do I. It is a reaction which is common to every compassionate human being. Every time a case of persecution is shown in the newspaper we will wonder “How can a person be so heartless ?".

I won two tickets to the Shout! Awards 2010 held at Stadium Bukit Jalil today. But due to certain reasons, I couldn't attend. Sedih, kan ? But it's okay, I still had the best seat for the show - depan my lappy [laptop]. Special, ain't it ?

Cartoons Do More Harm Than Good.

The question was : 'Cartoons do more harm than good. Do you agree or disagree?' And this was my essay . . .

There has never been a child who has not seen cartoons at all during their childhood time as watching cartoons are the most common way for them to pass their free time. Mickey Mouse, Flintstones, Tom & Jerry, Casper, and Scooby Doo were one of the many frequently watched cartoons in the late 90's. Little did the parents know that by allowing their children to watch lots of cartoons, they are actually bringing harm to their own children. Health disorders and bad influence are some of the effects that cartoons can have upon children.

As children watch cartoons, they tend to sit extremely close to the television or the computer, the source where the cartoons get aired from. And they do not know that the bright light coming out from either these screens will directly lead to eye problems. This is one of the health disorders that one can come across by watching too many cartoons. Other than this, some children are usually stuck in front of the television while watching their favorite toon. This will indirectly cause obesity to children as they do not do enough exercise and will have a tendency to feel lazy to do anything at all. As a result, watching too much cartoons can lead to health disorders.

Watching cartoons can also bring bad influence on children. Most cartoons nowadays are more action and adventure based such as Ben 10, Power Puff Girls, Totally Spies and Naruto. Some of these cartoons actually show excessive actions and fighting scenes which are too aggressive. As all of us already know, children tend to follow whatever they watch and learn from television. If this happens, most of the children will grow up in a violent atmosphere that can lead them to get involved in immoral activities such as fighting and bullying.

Obviously, cartoons can be harmful if they are watched constantly to the exclusion of other activities. In conclusion, children should be controlled from watching excessive cartoons as it can cause health disorders and bring bad influence to them. Children learn quickly. By the time they begin formal schooling, they may have already absorbed a great amount of information. It is, by right, the parent's responsibility to always keep an eye on what are their children up to and guide them if they are doing any immoral activities.

Relationships shouldn't be based on looks, right ? I mean looks will eventually fade in time. So, it is not right for one to be with a person just based on their appearance, kan ? I came across an article in myMetro yesterday, Cerai Isteri Tidak Cantik Makin Meningkat. The title itself is stupid, isn’t it ?

I am really disappointed why people give so much importance to appearance rather than giving it for their true nature or character these days. Beauty is only skin deep. What you don't see is hidden under the skin and it may be more important than physical beauty.

Argh, I guess I'm being too emotional here. But heck, a successful relationship is definitely NOT based upon looks alone. And I'm sure relationships that's primarily built on physical attractiveness won't last long.

So, what do you have to say about individuals divorcing because of appearances and relationships created which are solely based on looks ?

Sodap ke, tak sodap ? That's the question. I'm very sure many of you Muslims out there enjoyed your daging lembu, kambing, unta dan sama waktu dengannya semalam. Eid Ul-Adha, there's no meaning to it if there's no meat, kan ? So now, try to imagine kalau Lady GaGa kena korban. Dia kan 'daging' jugak ;)

That's a lot of meat there. That is Lady GaGa's VMA meat dress. A $100 for that dress. Kalau convert to Malaysian ringgit, it costs about RM 313.10. Kalau it was spent for Hari Raya Korban takpe. Ini ? Anyways, here's 8 facts about Lady GaGa's meat dress :

1. It was made of 100% real meat - The meat came from a local family butcher in Los Angeles.

2. It smelled good - GaGa said it had a sweet smell.

McDonald’s and Burger King are probably the two largest fast-food chains in the United States. No matter where you live, you can almost certainly find one or both of these franchises in your neighborhood. But should you drive the extra miles needed to go to one rather than the other? Since McDonald’s and Burger King offer basically the same food, atmosphere, and service, it doesn’t really matter where you stop to eat.

There isn’t much difference in what people consume at either McDonald’s or Burger King as both of these franchises basically offer the same kind of food with a different name for every meal. To be frankly, both franchises have the same types of combo which includes a hamburger, fries and a soft drink of your choice. The taste and the process to come up with these foods may vary a little bit, but in general you will be eating the same thing at both outlets.

The atmospheres at both of these restaurants are almost the same. Both of these restaurants have noisy surroundings with constant beeping, banging and yelling coming from the service counter. However, Burger King has a calm environment compared to McDonald’s. This may be because of the fact that Burger King is a less crowded place than McDonald’s.

The services offered by both of these fast-food chains are customer based. Both of it gives main importance to customer satisfaction. Compared to Burger King, McDonald’s is known for its fast service. Employees there work at fast pace and deliver orders with great accuracy.

After comparing the food, atmosphere and service of McDonald’s and Burger King, it is clear that both of these fast-food chains are good for providing reliable services. Both have several franchises across the world and has similar food processed. Although the service at McDonald’s is better it couldn’t match up with the less noisy environment at Burger King.

To sum up, there isn’t much difference if one chooses to dine in McDonald’s rather than Burger King as both of these franchises essentially present the same kind of food, atmosphere and service.

Academic Qualification Does Not Ensure Success In Life.

The question was : 'Academic qualifications ensure success in life. Do you agree or disagree?' And this was my essay . . .

Too much emphasis is put on academic qualifications nowadays. It is said to be the sole determiner of success in life. In Malaysia, for instance, jobs are secured by only those who achieve well in their academic performance. In my point of view, academic qualification may be vital but it is not the only factor to ensure success in life of an individual as the ability and the willpower of oneself are also the determiners of success.

Success cannot only be measured by academic qualification as the skill and ability of oneself should be considered as well. Skills can be categorized in many ways, for example, social skills, language skills, and computer skills. It is not guaranteed that an individual with the most A’s or perfect grades will get a job as some employers may employ workers based on their skills. This is because academic qualification is solely based on one’s performance in their respected schools, colleges or universities. It is not based on what they are yet to execute in the working environment. Hence, skills are far more important in determining a successful life in the future.

Furthermore, the willpower of an individual is another secret to success in one’s life. When an individual is determined to achieve a certain goal or vision in their life, they will undeniably be victorious in their future. This does not matter whether they have a good academic qualification or not as not all people with great educational background turned out successful. The power of one’s determination can be seen in the success story of Bill Gates. He dropped out from Harvard University to take that one step further in his life by working hard to achieve his vision in his famous computer software, Microsoft. Thus, willpower plays an important role in achieving success in life.

In conclusion, I firmly believe that excellence in academic qualification does not ensure success in life. Skills, ability and willingness to work hard in one’s life are the main factors that can guarantee a successful future. Academic qualification is only a way to recognize a person’s strength. Thus, it should not be made as the sole determiner of success in life. As the famous quote goes, “Where there’s a will, there’s a way”, there is always a chance for everyone to be successful in life as long as they are willing to take on the challenge.

Another month has passed by . . . and the prestasi of my blog is going down-down-down ! Need I need to repeat myself ? Sigh~

Effects Of Computer Addiction.

I'm supposed to write approximately 250 words, and this essay is about 504 words. I should learn how to cut down the words. Heh ! ;)

It is undeniable that the computer has become an essential gadget for daily lives of every human being. The Internet is an absolute necessity for both adults and children. It is impossible to believe to do anything without the Internet, especially from the youth’s perspective. Youths today spend too much time on the computer, surfing the Internet for hours. Some have become much too addicted and don’t realize that they actually suffer from Internet Addiction Disorder (IAD). Let’s have a look at how computers directly have effects upon youths nowadays.

One of the main consequences of spending too much time on the computer that youths are likely to disregard is personal neglect. When one is too obsessed with surfing the Internet, they tend to pay no attention to their standard of living apart from the computer which they are using. Some may not take bath, clean their room, or eat well as they are much too focused on what they are doing virtually. Because of the long hours spent engaged with a computer, youths often have eating irregularities, such as skipping meals or overeating. This indirectly leads to health disorders, for instance, malnutrition of the youth’s body.

Isolation, avoidance and no family bonding at all is another outcome which happens in a youth’s life when they get excessively addicted with the Internet. Because of spending too much time on the computer, youths have a propensity to reduce socializing with others. They tend to feel that computer is the only form of relationship that they have the time to focus on. They have a tendency to lose the desire for human contact and communication and in a way they are breaking away from reality. Within the lives of youths who are addicted with computers, it is their family and friends that suffer the most from this kind of isolation.

The ultimate effect that computer has on youth’s who are addict to them is academic deterioration. Since youth’s usually occupy most of their time with the computer and Internet, they tend to not focus much on their studies at all. This indirectly leads to awful grades in exams and a bad perception from the teacher and parents. For this reason, the youth’s teacher and parents will scold and punish them in one way or another for flunking an exam. And when this happens, the youth’s tend to feel depressed psychologically. Sometimes, they get miserable when they are grounded or not allowed to use the computer in any way by their parents.

In conclusion, computer obsession will only increase as time passes as it is now the era of computers. More and more people all over the world will experience the health disorder, social and emotional effects due to computer addiction. These problems should not be left untreated as it can bring serious harms to the youth’s that are addicted with the computer and will have a bad effect in their future. In my opinion, youth’s can spend time on computer surfing the Internet but not excessively.

Memang ramai, ramai yang suka masuk campur apabila sedang tengok dua or more people berlaga-ing. Seriously, ramai. And for me . . . I tak suka these type of people.

Sometimes, diaorang hanya pandang dari satu sudut pandangan dan tidak menghiraukan the other. And diaorang kononnya nak jadi the savior of the situation and mengambil tindakan untuk menjadi orang tengah to solve the problem.

Aku memang akan naik angin bila this kinda thing happens. Sebab . . . they don’t know the real situation, so why the f*** they just can’t shut up ?

It’s seriously f***ing annoying for another person to come and menyampuk when I am in a fight, or discussion or perbincangan atau apa-apa je larh ! Diaorang tak tahu the situation. Diaorang datang half way. Diaorang tak dengar both side of the story. And dorang choose to bersuara . . .

Cell Phones Among University Students.

Hey-hey, people . . . I'm here once again ! And lagi sekali aku ingin meng-post an essay I did. Kalau before this I did an entry on descriptive essay, kali ini aku buat argumentative essay pula. Aku harap, these essays in one way or another will be beneficial for you people out there. AND, kalau ada silap and salah in my essays, tolong tegur yer ? I like it that way ;)

It is undeniable that the cell phones have become an essential gadget for daily lives of every human being. The cell phone is an absolute necessity for both adults and children. It is impossible to believe to do anything in life without cell phones, even for students. However, the use of cell phones among university students should be controlled because it leads to distractions, misusage and peers pressure.

The main reason why university students should be prohibited in using the cell phones is the distraction it causes. Ringing tones and text messaging (SMSes) are some of the disruption that takes the students attention away from the lesson. Students would not be able to resist the temptation of answering calls and sending messages when they should be actually listening to the lecturer and focusing in classes.

Apart from distracting student’s attention, the cell phones can threaten the validity of school examinations. Students may cheat during examinations by means of text messages. Information or answers can be passed from one student to the next while examiners may be totally unaware of the cheating which is happening.

Peers pressure is another reason why the usage of cell phones by university students should be controlled. Cell phones come in a variety shapes, models, colors, and function from generic ones to highly sophisticated. Not every student in the university can afford to buy a stylish cell phone. The feelings of those who do not own a cell phone or who own a basic one will be affected. This would lead to jealousy and hatred as the students might want to compete with each other.

Cell phones never the less can also bring benefits to students if it is used in the proper way. If the cell phones are used appropriately it can bring more advantages than disadvantages. In conclusion, the use of cell phones among university students should be controlled because it leads to distractions, misusage, and peers pressure.

Coca Cola, An Unintended Invention.

During one of my class at UIA, I was given a task to write an essay about accidental invention. I had to do some background research on any product considered as an unintentionally invented invention into this world and write about it with my own words. Since aku tak boleh nak fikir nak update apa in my blog, I decided ; "Hey, why not I just post an essay I did ?!" Heh ! ;)

It is fascinating to know that the discovery of Coca Cola, one of the prominent soft drinks known today, is invented unintentionally into this world. Initially formulated as a tonic to cure almost everything, the invention of Coca Cola by John Pemberton crawled its way to fame.

The prototype of Coca Cola was formulated at the Eagle Drug and Chemical Company, a drugstore in Columbus, Georgia by Dr. John Stith Pemberton, a local pharmacist. The Coca Cola was formerly known as a coca wine called ‘Pemberton’s French Wine Coca’.

The coca wine was initially sold as a patent medicine for five cents. At the time, it was popular in the United States due to the belief that carbonated water was good for the health. Pemberton claimed the coca wine cured many diseases, including morphine addiction, dyspepsia, neurasthenia, headache, and impotence.

When Atlanta and Fulton County passed prohibition legislation in 1886, Pemberton reacted by creating Coca Cola, basically a non-alcoholic version of his ‘French Wine Coca’. The first sale of this beverage was at Jacob’s Pharmacy in Atlanta, Georgia on May 8, 1886.

The name and the now famous trademark ‘Coca Cola’ was given by Dr. Pemberton’s partner and bookkeeper, Frank M. Robinson. He wrote the product’s name using sweeping, cursive letters. This became the product’s logo, and you can see it on bottles, cans, trucks and signs today. It's identifiable in much of the world, and it's one of the reasons that Coca Cola is one of the world's most-recognized brands.

This international recognition didn't come at once, though. In the beginning, Pemberton sold only a small number of glasses of Coca Cola per day. In 1887, the Coca Cola Company distributed coupons for free samples. The Company claims that it was the first to use this method of attracting new customers to try their beverage.

In 1894, candy maker Joseph Biedenharn became the first person to bottle Coca-Cola. Coca Cola was sold in bottles for the first time on March 12, 1894. Bottling proved to be the key to the soda's victory. The beverage became available to people who didn't have easy access to a soda counter.

The Coca-Cola Company started developing its global bottling network in the late 1800s. Between 1890 and 1900, Coca Cola sales shot up by 4,000 percent.

Today, Coca-Cola is one of the most prevalent brands in the world. It is known as the most popular carbonated soft drink. The Coca Cola Company sells more than 1.3 billion drinks every day in 200 countries worldwide.

I Love You Mommy, But You Don't Love Me.

Hi, Mommy. I'm your baby. You don't know me yet as I'm only a few weeks old. You're going to find out about me real soon though, I promise. Let me tell you some things about me. My name is John, and I've got beautiful brown eyes and black hair. Well, I don't have it yet, but I will when I'm born.

I'm going to be your only child, and you'll call me your one and only. I'm going to grow up without a daddy mostly, but we have each other. We'll help each other, and love each other. I want to be a doctor when I grow up.

You found out about me today, Mommy ! You were so excited, you couldn't wait to tell everyone. All you could do all day was smile, and life was perfect. You have a beautiful smile, Mommy. It will be the first face I will see in my life, and it will be the best thing I see in my life. I know it already.

Today was the day you told Daddy. You were so excited to tell him about me! But, he wasn't happy, Mommy. He kind of got angry. I don't think that you noticed, but he did. He started to talk about something called wedlock, and money, and bills, and stuff I don't think I understand yet. You were still happy, though, so it was okay.

Then he did something scary, Mommy. He hit you. I could feel you fall backward, and your hands flying up to protect me. I was okay . . . but I was very sad for you. You were crying then, Mommy. That's a sound I don't like. It doesn't make me feel good. It made me cry, too. He said sorry after, and he hugged you again. You forgave him, Mommy, but I'm not sure if I do. It wasn't right. You say he loves you . . . why would he hurt you? I don't like it, Mommy.

Finally, you can see me ! Your stomach is a little bit bigger, and you're so proud of me ! You went out with your mommy to buy new clothes, and you were so, so, so happy. You sing to me, too. You have the most beautiful voice in the whole wide world. When you sing is when I'm happiest. And you talk to me, and I feel safe. So safe. You just wait and see, Mommy. When I am born I will be perfect just for you. I will make you proud, and I will love you with all of my heart.

I can move my hands and feet now, Mommy. I do it because you put your hands on your belly to feel me, and I giggle. You giggle, too. I love you, Mommy.

Daddy came to see you today, Mommy. I got really scared. He was acting funny and he wasn't talking right. He said he didn't want you. I don't know why, but that's what he said. And he hit you again. I got angry, Mommy. When I grow up I promise I won't let you get hurt ! I promise to protect you. Daddy is bad. I don't care if you think that he is a good person, I think he's bad. But he hit you, and he said he didn't want us. He doesn't like me. Why doesn't he like me, Mommy ?

You didn't talk to me tonight, Mommy. Is everything okay ?

It's been three days since you saw Daddy. You haven't talked to me or touched me or anything since that. Don't you still love me, Mommy ? I still love you. I think you feel sad. The only time I feel you is when you sleep. You sleep funny, kind of curled up on your side. And you hug me with your arms, and I feel safe and warm again. Why don't you do that when you're awake, anymore ?

I'm 21 weeks old today, Mommy. Aren't you proud of me ? We're going somewhere today, and it's somewhere new. I'm excited. It looks like a hospital, too. I want to be a doctor when I grow up, Mommy. Did I tell you that ? I hope you're as excited as I am. I can't wait.

Mommy . . . I'm getting scared. Your heart is still beating, but I don't know what you are thinking. The doctor is talking to you. I think something's going to happen soon. I'm really, really, really scared, Mommy. Please tell me you love me. Then I will feel safe again. I love you !

Don't worry Mommy, I'm safe. I'm in heaven with the angels now. They told me what you did, and they said it's called an abortion.

Well, Hello August !

Okay, it's already thirteen days since August started. AND it's been almost twenty days of SakiraLicious without a fresh post. I know, I know . . . memang dah bersawang dah this blog. Perhaps I should just close it down ? Sigh~

Time flies by REAL fast. Without me knowing, there's only another 4 more months left for 2011. Without me knowing, it's already the third day of Ramadhan. Without me knowing, July have ended and I didn't blog much at all !

But ohh well, I can only blame myself for leaving my blog unattended. Aku bukannya sengaja. I seriously got no time and no WAY of accessing proper Internet at UIA. And bila aku dah boleh online kat rumah pula, I have no mood to blog. I have no idea on what to blog about. Like I've claimed in my previous entry.

Everytime aku dah boleh online, I open up my blog. I baca entries from the blogs I follow. I comment some of the posts like. I tengok one or two comments left by visitiors for me. And memang ada yang tegur, why dah lama tak write. Well . . . I'm a busy lady. NOT ! ;)

I will try and try and try to keep my blog alive. And, InsyaAllah, I will find the time to do so. Maybe not frequently, but once in a while.

Hey² readers. I'm here once again. To blog what I have in my kepala otak at the moment. I know it t's been a long time, really long time ... But, hey ! I'm a handful UIA student now.

Actually, nak cakap there's a lot of homeworks or assignments, takde larh. It's just the wireless connection at my hostel in UIA - ~~sucks~~ ! Lembap gila vavi nak mampus. Resulting me to malas to mencari port to mengonline and memblog. Heh ;)

Anyways, bila aku dah balik ke rumah, I'm supposed to blog. Like how I've promised in my previous entry ... right ? BUT, aku tak dapat nak cari the momentum to memblog. Writer's block, perhaps ?

Ta'aruf Week At IIUM.

Basically, the word ta'aruf brings the meaning of bersilaturrahim activity. If we come acquainted with a new person, we will get to know him or her during our first interaction. To put it short, we berkenalan with the other person.

Ta'aruf week can be simply defined as an orientation program for new students who enrolls to International Islamic University Malaysia [IIUM].

There were a lot of briefing given on important matters relating to us students. A lot of placement tests held to see where we stand. Overall, the ta'aruf week couldn't be skipped at any cost. Not only because of the importancy of the ta'aruf week, BUT, because we weren't allowed to. LOL !

In order to make sure none of us, 2300 news students, ponteng the ta'aruf week, we were given attendance sheet. Every time the committee members of the ta'aruf week conducts a briefing slot or any other activities during the ta'aruf week, we were given unique stickers to collect on the ta'aruf attendance sheet.

This was to obviously make sure none of us ... NONE of us, to even consider the idea of ponteng-ing the ta'aruf week. I would say the strategy taken was a little childish. BUT, an effective one. Hands up to the commitee members !

That's that. Ta'aruf has ended already. Classes will be starting this Monday. InsyaAllah, after I have set up the wireless connection at IIUM, I will be actively blogging like how I used to. And if I couldn't, I would make sure to come back home every Friday after class to do so. Heh ! ;)

SakiraLicious ; Not Blogging Anymore.

I know, I know. Aku dah lama gila tak update blog. Officially, seven straight days without an entry to keep my blog alive. BUT, I have my own reasons why I didn't update. Why I couldn't update.

Referring back to my earlier post, I've made my decision to leave MMU for UIAM [IIUM] as there were a lot of encouragement words from family members, relatives, lecturers and friends to do so. Anyways, thanq Sir Marcello and Eyriqazz for your concern on my decision making. I really appreciate them.

I enrolled UIAM [IIUM] on the 4th of July. Starting 5th of July, my ta'aruf [orientation] period started. It ended on 9th of July at exactly 7 in the evening. And, THAT'S the reason why I wasn't able to blog. I was really hooked up with my ta'aruf period at UIAM [IIUM].

Honestly, I asyik teringat-ingat kat my blog during the ta'aruf period. BUT, I couldn't do anything about it. My ta'aruf period was really packed. We only had about 8 hours of sleep throughout the ta'aruf period. That's why I didn't blog on Friday night and Saturday. It was my resting time.

Anyways, I will continue blogging. Will never stop blogging, InsyaAllah. Readers of SakiraLicious, do drop by like you usually do, yeah ? Thanq in advance ;)

I Hate Pink.

Seriously, I sort of hate the color pink. My favorite color is purple. Followed by black, white, green, red and orange. AND some other colors. Pink is my very least favorite.

I'm surprised much why I've been doing a pink blog layout for SakiraLicious all this while. A sudden interest for pink ? No-no. It's too girly. Terlampau girly. Heh !

I'm in search for a new layout. Dah masuk bulan baru, layout pun kena baru larh ! Hehe. To tell the truth, I tak berapa nak satisfied with my current and previous blog layout. Tak tahu mengapa. So, to reach my satisfaction, I kena berusaha. Tweak the right background, the right header, the right font, the right color and such. Banyak kerja, kan ?

Why, Ohh Why Brazil ?!

Brazil were knocked out of the World Cup after a 2-1 loss to Netherlands. Sigh~

Hampa ? I don't think so. I'm not a big fan of football, so why should I. Kan ? But then again, I agak sedih sebab cannot be one of the lucky 4 to walk away with RM 250 cash from Denai Hati. Heh ;(

The Netherlands came from behind to beat 10-man Brazil 2-1 at the Nelson Mandela Bay Stadium in Port Elizabeth Friday and reach the World Cup semi-finals.

Striker Robinho scored after 10 minutes and Brazil dominated the first half. But the Dutch were a different team after the break and a Felipe Melo own-goal on 53 minutes pulled them level.

I'm tired of trying to be someone I'm not in blogging world. I'm tired of trying to be kononnya a professional blogger due to influences by others. I think it's time for me to just write my heart out without having a care for others. It's time for me to close my ears [or maybe in blogosphere ; eyes] and type what my heart says.

Well, Hello July !

Time really does run fast these days. And so I hope for the next four years to come. For your information [those who've been reading my blog frequently], I've stopped MMU to join UIAM. I made my final decision after many consultation with family members, lecturers, counselors and friends.

I am still unsure whether it is the best choice. But at least, I get to save about twenty thousand ringgit by not continuing my studies kat MMU.

Cakap pasal pembelajaran, my blog will be definitely abandoned. There might be an entry or two posted once in a while for your santapan. But that's it. I wouldn't be how I used to be. As you can see, even when I masuk MMU, my blogging prestasi dropped.

That analytics shows just how serious I am towards my studies. LOL ! By the way, the traffic on 24 and 25 June was not because of blogwalking and such. It was because of the entries I wrote on 8TV Showdown 2010. I tulis untuk suka-suka, shared it on 8TV's Facebook fanpage, and people viewed. Not only that, the admin of 8TV's Facebook fanpage showed his/her appreciation by re-posting my link at their wall. I feel so honored. Thanx guys !

Top 6 Of Showdown 2010 ; The Battle.

As I've claimed in my previous entry, the battle of the Top 6 of 8TV's Showdown 2010 was something. The battle [to put short] was seriously messed up. The first crew to battle against each other was Floor Fever [FF] vs. Giller Battle Crew [GBC] followed by Famous Crew [FMC] vs. Borneo Soul Breaker [BSB].

The battle between FF and GBC was started of by GBC. During the first few minutes of the battle ; none of the crew dared to step up. In my point of view, it seemed like Floor Fever couldn't take the floor due to the type of song being played by DJ T-Bone. The battle was won by GBC.

As for the battle between FMC and BSB ; there was a lot of blocking-pushing-touching involved. This battle made Maple Loo lose her respect towards FMC. Both of the crews in her perspective were uncool as they didn't play by the rules. Regardless of the blocking-pushing-touching ; FMC won the battle.

The battle was one of the most emotional to happen in 8TV's Showdown 2010. Right after the battle, 8TV's Facebook fanpage were showered with hatred comments from BSB and FMC's fans. It was then followed by an apology from Famous Crew.

Brazil For World Cup 2010.

There is a saying in football that goes . . . “The English invented it, the Brazilians perfected it”. And few would argue, particularly with Brazil rated as joint-favourites to win World Cup 2010 in South Africa.

I've answered it before, and I'm answering the question again . . . Who will win the World Cup ? A very big question, I know. Lagi a big question for me yang takde larh fan besar of football. I tengok ala kadar jer. Once in a blue moon. Camtu je lorh. Heh ;)

My bet goes for ; Brazil. Sebab ? Masa I was in Form 1, 2002 - there was World Cup juga. Kalau tak silap larh. And that time the final game was between Germany and Brazil. Biasa larh budak-budak sekolah start mengbet-bet pula during the matches. And yeah, I did too.

I dunno why, I memberanikan diri untuk mengbet sama-sama for the final game. And of course, I betted on Brazil. RM 50, tak banyak I tau. Tapi, banyak larh for a high school kid. LOL ! And - I menang. So yeah, itu larh sebab why my bet goes for Brazil. Simple, bukan ? ;)

Ooh, and because of my Roberto Carlos ! :)

Okay, that's that. Mesti most of you readers out there are wondering . . . why is SakiraLicious suddenly doing an entry based on World Cup ? Kan-kan-kan ? Kalau tak pun, ya-kan je larh. Hehe :)

I am sure many of you mengetahui maksud peribahasa biar lambat, asal selamat. And I'm sure enough that this peribahasa often digunakan for driving drivers. The peribahasa with the main maksud of mengutamakan keselamatan dalam mencapai sesuatu tujuan is really the suitable one to be used for impatient drivers out there.

Okay, that's that. I came across a very sad, depressing video on Facebook the other day. It was about impatient driving drivers risking away their lives and the lives of others. This video really moved me, touched me. And that is why I'm sharing the video with you readers out there.

This video is a compilation of many road accidents which are possible to happen in real life. This video even has some actual footage of road accidents. This video has only one purpose to all viewers out there ; drive safely.

Aku tak tahu macam mana nak explain my first reaction after reading one of the news today in myMetro. I think it was quite funny that one of the government server almost got caught by penguat-kuasa agama. For doing unethical act, perhaps ? But at the same time . . . miserable to think about the fact that the cubaan for him to escape resulted him dead.

KOTA BHARU : Cubaan seorang anggota polis berpangkat lans koperal untuk melarikan diri daripada serbuan penguat kuasa agama membawa padah apabila dia maut dipercayai terjatuh dari tingkat tiga sebuah hotel, di sini, awal pagi semalam.

TERJATUH . . . penduduk setempat melihat tempat mangsa dipercayai terjatuh.

Top 6 Of Showdown 2010 ; At A Glance [Part 2].

As I've told you all in part 1, the 8TV's Showdown 2010 had some surprise in store for us fans - duo performances. The first duo to perform the collaborated show was Giller Batlle Crew with Borneo Soul Breakers. They received positive feedbacks from all three judges.

The next duo to take down the stage was Wakaka Crew along with HMC Phlow. The performance was not a satisfying one as they received negative comments from all three judges. It was mainly because the dance steps were not synchronized and there were a lot of 'pelanggaran' during the show.

Floor Fever and Famous Crew was the next collaboration crew to bring down the stage of Showdown 2010. It was rhythm-ed with OMG by Usher ft. Will.I.Am. The performance from this duo was the best of the night, as commented by Joe Flizzow.

After the duo performances were done, the bottom 4 were revealed. Floor Fever, Famous Crew, Giller Battle Crew, and Borneo Soul Breakers were the crews with the lowest number of votes. Floor Fever was to battle with Giller Battle Crew. Meanwhile, Famous Crew was to battle with Borneo Soul Breakers.

The first battle was won by Giller Battle Crew. The second battle was won by Famous Crew. And the crew that left Showdown 2010 this week was Borneo Soul Breakers, which was not a surprise at all.

Hey-hey readers of SakiraLicious ! Another Wednesday have passed by, another episode of 8TV's Showdown 2010 have ended, and another crew left from the battle. This weeks Showdown 2010's theme was a tribute to the Artiste : Timbaland.

The show was started of with Giller Battle Crew with the song Throw It On Me (Remix) by Timbaland ft. The Hives. The next crew to conquer the stage was Borneo Soul Breakers with Carry Out (Remix) by Timbaland ft. Justin Timberlake.

The group to perform next was HMC Phlow with their chosen song Bounce (Remix) by Timbaland ft. Dr. Dre, Missy Elliot and Justin Timberlake. After them, it was Wakaka Crew's turn to perform with One and Only (Remix) by Timbaland ft. Fall Out Boy.

The next crew to dance-off was Floor Fever with The Way I Are (Remix) by Timbaland ft. Keri Hilson and D.O.E. Finally, Famous Crew put on their show with the song Morning After Dark (Remix) by Timbaland ft. Soshy and Nelly Furtado.

Sebenarnya, aku tulis post ini as a token of appreciation for the current buffered earning in my blog. Niat untuk menulis a post on buffered earning yang diberi oleh Nuffnang dah wujud dari mula adanya buffered earning ku yang paling lama, iaitu Olympus Pen E-PL1. Tetapi, niat itu tidak ku dapat conductkan sebab time tu ada jer post² lain yang nak dipostkan. Heh !

Bloggers, I Need Your Help.

As some of you may already know, I baru jer start doing my BBA (Hons) Management with Multimedia kat Multimedia University [MMU], Cyberjaya. All the blabberings on me masuk-ing MMU can be read in my few last posts. Although it weren't on the details of why, how, when and yadda-yadda-yadda of me getting into MMU . . . there were some tid-bits on this and that of the university.

Okay, that's that with MMU. Last week on 18th June, the result of Unit Pusat Universiti [UPU] came out. And kalau korang have been reading my blog from January, korang akan tahu yang saya actually ada apply for UPU. Tak tahu ? Takpe . . . You can read the 'details' here and here.

Now, that is my problem. That is the reason why I need help from you bloggers out there. Saya dapat tawaran to do BBA at UIAM. I have accepted the offer. Tetapi, I am unsure of going there. Confirmation belum dibuat lagi, I'm still in deep thoughts. Cause, I just settled in MMU. Sigh~

I think it'll be best if there are some thoughts from you people yang boleh buka mata saya to make a decision. I think it'll be best for me to find a reason why I should leave MMU or why I should avoid UIAM. I know there are pros and cons of these universities. I nak dengar daripada korang. Boleh, kan ?

Advice : Jangan Miss Orientation [Part 2].

As I've told you in my Part 1 of advice, the orientation week was absolutely an intro to this & that. But this & that itu larh yang sebenarnya penting untuk seseorang student atau colleague baru untuk tahu. Mengapa ? Kalau korang ingin sesi pembelajaran korang go smoothly, it's best to know this & that of the school, college, university, or workplace yang korang akan join. Bukan ?

As you all already know from my Part 1 of advice, me and my friends missed our orientation week at MMU. And we definitely regretted having to miss it. Why ? Sebabnya, there was a lot of perkara yang diajar during the orientation week yang perlu diketahui oleh kitaorang to have an easier campus life at MMU.

We were thinking that we will be given a timetable for our first semester. Nampak sangat kitaorang budget that MMU will be just like Multimedia College [MMC] our previous college. But, hell no ! Timetable were to be done by us, ourselves. And it is done on the course registration day.

Kitaorang terpinga-pinga kot during our course registration day sebab tak tahu bagaimana untuk membuatnya ! Rupa-rupanya all the info's were given during the orientation week. Nasib larh there were some guidance from seniors and friends [ex college mates] untuk mengfill-upnya. Thank god !

That was that. Kitaorang tak tau pula how does the internet connection at our respected hostel room works. We thought it would be the same as our previous college. All we had to do was just log into any wireless connection available at the campus with our given matric number and password. But of course, it doesn't work that way !

We asked our senior friends, dorang cakap kena beli cable and setting sendiri. We tried, but to no avail. Later on we found out that, we have to have a cable and a cable port or a WIFI router set up in our room to have access to the internet. Benda ini telah pun diexplain during the orientation week. Which of course we didn't know, because we missed it.

Are the above reasons the only ones why I urge to never miss orientation week ? No, sir ! There's definitely more. But aku rasa this entry is long enough already. And I'm sure you have already gotten a basic idea on how important is orientation week. Kan ? So, fullstop.

Advice : Jangan Miss Orientation [Part 1].

Assalamualaikum and salam satu Malaysia to all readers of SakiraLicious. Another day of me blogging. Aku tahu aku punya blogging period is all out already. Aku tahu aku dah tak constantly update like how I used to. Dah nama student . . . mesti larh busy, kan ? Cheh ! Ada orang miss me tak ? Heh ;)

Well, that's that. Berbalik kepada the topic above - jangan miss orientation. One advice daripada saya yang korang-korang kena ambil seriously. But, before that . . . what is orientation ? Atau dalam bahasa Malay, apa itu orientasi ?

Am I going to speak on sexual orientation ? Teeet ! No, sir !

The orientation I am talking about here is the orientation yang akan diconduct oleh sesetengah schools, colleges, universities and also workplaces for a week [usually]. It is done as a minggu berinteraksi, minggu haluan students or colleagues and such for those yang baru masuk ke alam perstudy-an atau pekerjaan.

Dah nama minggu berinteraksi, minggu haluan - mesti larh boleh buat new friends, mesti larh boleh get used to the new environment, mesti larh boleh learn a few things about what you are going to do at your respected schools, colleges, universities, workplace dan sama waktu dengannya. Kan ?

Nak dishort-kan ceritanya . . . me and my friends missed our orientation week when we enrolled to MMU on 7 June. Sebabnya ? Ada larh hal-hal personal sendiri yang perlu diselesaikan. Plus, kitaorang budget konon-konon takde pape sangat during orientation week. Kitaorang budget, there will be just intro to this & that.

So, we didn't attend the orientation week. And kitaorang menyesal gila. Apa yang sebenarnya terjadi ? Akan ku post in Part 2 of my advice. Stay tuned ! :)

I know I've been missing from blogging world for almost a week. But I've been real busy with classes. It's just the second week of me studying and there are tons of homeworks and assignments to get started with. Who said uni-life was easy ? Heh !

I Made RM 280 From Project Alpha. Woot² !

Gimme Food On Flights.

Most flights pretty much serves you food to save off the grumbles. However, there are some flights that requires you to pay for food on your flight. This situation at times results in passengers starving their way to their respected destination. So, it is just safe for you to bring your own snacks on board the next time you fly somewhere.

Passengers flying on today's commercial airlines have decidedly better options when it comes to in-flight dining. Yet there are few topics more contentious than the quality of airline food. Ask any frequent flier, and you are more likely to be regaled with memories of mysterious meals than glowing reports of mouth-watering sky-high cuisine.

So, for me . . . gimme good food on flights ! Do a research, cook up good foods, serve to some testers and then you'll be on your way to being one of the top in-flight dining choices ! I'd love to have at least a hot and spicy cooked Maggie sup on flights once in a while. Imagine the cold flight you're boarding and the hotness of your meal served in front of you. Yummy !

Funky UX Force ; Not A Surprise.

From Top 9 to Top 8 and the crew that left from Showdown 2010 this week is Funky UX Force.

Among the strongest crews in Penang, Funky UX Force is captained by V-Ron, whom, together with Bryan, run D-Vol Studio, where the crew trains and continue their mission to spread street dancing around the island.

V-Ron listed "breakdancing, popping, locking and krumping" as some of the dance styles the use, and stated that they're here in Showdown 2010 because they love a challenge, and they want to see where they stand in the scene.

It wasn't exactly a surprise for me as I was expecting them to leave before Feasible Crew. Yeah, somehow rather Feasible Crew stands out more than Funky UX Force. Funky UX Force were one of the few crews in my perspective that haven't got what it takes to keep them battling in Showdown 2010.

To me, both Funky UX Force and their juniors Blacky Wacky didn't do good enough as how they did for their audition. Both of these groups did way better on the floor during the audition rather than the stage show. Both of these groups, to me, looked like they don't have enough confidence during the stage show.

But ohh well . . . there are winners, there are losers and there are people who have not yet learned how to win. Yes. Funky UX Force and Blacky Wacky, you guys are not losers. You just gotta take the initiative to learn and go one step further for you to win. See yall again !
