KUALA TERENGGANU : Reading and having sex nightly. That, says Tokoh Nilam award winner Alias Ismail, is the secret to his seemingly boundless energy during the day.
Even his colleagues have been left wondering how the teacher manages to remain energetic enough to conduct additional co-curriculum activities until the late evening.
“They always ask me whether I consume jamu (traditional herbs) to keep me going,” said the 41-year-old yesterday.
“Often, they are astonished when I tell them that it’s actually an active sex life and reading that makes one healthy, wealthy and wise.”
Alias is the inaugural recipient of the state-initiated award to honour a teacher who has managed outstanding achievements in education.

I don't know whether apa yang diperkatakan oleh Alias Ismail is true or not. You know, the fact that he have sex every single day. For me, it's just a little bit too over for him to reveal his rahsia. I mean, dia terlalu berterus terang, kott.
Imagine the next day he teaches his students yang pernah baca the rahsia of his to stay energetic . . . Isn't it kind of disturbing to them ? Imagine the next day he meets his colleagues, the ladies especially . . . Isn't the rahsia kind of disturbing to them too ?
Kalau betul larh that is his secret to success, it's best he kept it to himself. It's just a little too over the board kind of thing for a teacher to reveal that sort of information to the public.
Plus, bagi I . . . bila dia dah reveal his rahsia, dia macam sedang meng-encourage other teachers to have sex every day untuk mendapat anugerah. Kelakar, bukan ?
It's kind of funny reading the whole news tadi. He's a teacher, he got award, and the secret of his is to baca a few pages of a book and have an intellectual conversation before moving on the sex part.
