Technology Deteriorates Society Basic Skills.

It is undeniable that the technology has made our life so much easier nowadays as the usage of it is widespread and growing rapidly from time to time. Laptops, smartphones, IPod's, and others has become an essential gadget for daily lives of every human being. Youths today spend too much time on these gadgets, surfing the Internet and text messaging for hours. In my opinion, technology is actually deteriorating the society basic skills as people tend to isolate others around them and real life interaction slowly fades away.

The day that Albert Einstein feared may have finally arrived.

Isolation, avoidance and no family bonding at all is one of the outcomes in a youth’s life when they get extremely addicted with the technologies surrounding them. Because of spending too much time either on the computer, or the cell phone, youths have a propensity to reduce socializing with others. They tend to feel that their technological device is the only form of relationship that they have the time to focus on. Within the lives of youths who are addicted with technologies, it is their family and friends that suffer the most from this kind of remoteness.

Interaction between individuals will slowly diminish as people turn to their technological devices instead of attempting to make a new acquaintance or simply experiencing the natural sights and sounds around them. Because of the long hours spent engaged with a technological gadget, youths will not find the free time to spend with actual people nearby them. They will have a tendency to lose the desire for human contact and communication and in a way they will break away from reality.

To put it briefly, the obsession towards technology will only increase as time passes as it is now the era of it. More and more people all over the world will lose their society basic skills as they are much too preoccupied with their gadgets. This problem should not be left untreated as it can bring serious harm to the youth’s that are addicted with the technological device and will have a bad effect in their future.

Hasta la vista. Adios.
See you later. Goodbye.
